Student Rewards — AI/ML Course & promotional contest · Version 1.0
What you are purchasing: You are paying for access to the AI/ML Course
(an online educational programme). Eligibility to participate in the promotional contest is provided
free of additional charge as a promotional benefit accompanying that purchase. The fee is
consideration for the course only, and is not a stake, wager, or purchase of a chance to win.
1. Definitions
- “Organiser” means the operator of the Student Rewards campaign.
- “Course” means the AI/ML Course delivered online, including lessons, assessment and certificate.
- “Contest” means the promotional activity identified as Contest-<number>, run for a defined period.
- “Participant” means a person who has purchased the Course and accepted these Terms.
2. Course purchase and fees
- The Course fee is displayed on the enrolment page, exclusive of GST; applicable GST is charged in addition under the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 and applicable State/Integrated GST legislation.
- Payment is processed by our payment partner. The Organiser does not store card, UPI, or banking credentials.
- Access to the Course is granted upon successful payment confirmation.
3. Contest period and eligibility
- Each Contest runs for the period announced by the Organiser (ordinarily 45 days) and is identified as Contest-<number>. Start and end dates are published on the site.
- Only Participants who purchased the Course during the applicable Contest period are eligible for that Contest.
- Participants must be residents of India and, if under 18, must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
- Employees of the Organiser and their immediate families are not eligible.
- The Contest is void where prohibited. Residents of States where such promotions are restricted (including, without limitation, jurisdictions restricting prize competitions and games of chance) are not eligible to participate.
4. Prize and winner selection
- The advertised prize for the Contest is an iPhone 17 Pro Max (or a comparable alternative of equal or greater value, at the Organiser’s discretion, if the advertised model is unavailable).
- The winner is selected from eligible Participants in accordance with the mechanic published for that Contest.
- The prize is not transferable and, except as stated above, no cash alternative is offered.
- Any applicable taxes on prizes, including tax deductible at source on winnings under the Income-tax Act, 1961, shall be dealt with in accordance with law.
5. WhatsApp number — required for prize claim
The WhatsApp number you provide at registration is the sole identifier used to contact you and to process any prize claim.
You must ensure the number is accurate, active, and reachable on WhatsApp, and that it belongs to you.
- The Organiser will attempt contact on that number after the Contest closes. If a Participant cannot be reached, or does not respond and complete verification within 7 days of first contact, the Organiser may select an alternate winner.
- Prize claim requires identity verification consistent with the number provided. The Organiser may request proof of identity and address before releasing a prize.
- Changes to the registered WhatsApp number after entry must be requested through the contact channel and may require verification.
6. Referral benefit
- Participants receive a personal referral link. Where another person enrols using that link and completes payment, the referring Participant accrues a referral benefit of the amount stated on the site (currently ₹100 per successful paid referral).
- The referral benefit is provided as credit / discount value in accordance with the campaign, and is not a cash commission, income, or investment return. Participation does not require enrolling any other person.
- Referral benefits are void where obtained through self-referral, duplicate or fraudulent registrations, automated means, spam, or misrepresentation of the campaign.
- The Organiser may modify, suspend, or withdraw the referral benefit prospectively at any time.
7. Refunds and cancellation
- As the Course is digital content made available immediately upon payment, refunds are limited to cases of duplicate payment, failed delivery of access, or as otherwise required by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
- Refund requests should be raised through the contact channel with the Registration ID.
8. Data protection and privacy
- Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 (including rules made thereunder).
- We collect your name, WhatsApp number and email solely to deliver the Course, administer the Contest, process prize claims, and send campaign communications.
- Payment data is handled by the payment partner; we do not store payment credentials.
- You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data through the contact channel, subject to records we must retain by law.
9. Conduct and acceptable use
- Course content is licensed for personal, non-commercial use. Recording, redistribution, resale, or public performance of the content is prohibited.
- Sharing access credentials or links with non-Participants may result in termination of access without refund.
10. Limitation of liability
- The Course is provided on an “as is” basis. No guarantee of employment, income, certification outcome, or specific result is made or implied.
- To the extent permitted by law, the Organiser’s aggregate liability is limited to the Course fee paid by the Participant.
- The Organiser is not liable for network failures, third-party platform outages, or delivery failures outside its reasonable control.
11. Independence from third parties
This is an independent campaign. It is not sponsored by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Apple Inc., Meta Platforms (WhatsApp), YouTube/Google, or any payment provider. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
12. Changes, governing law and disputes
- The Organiser may amend these Terms prospectively; the version applicable to a Participant is the version accepted at the time of payment.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
- Consumer grievances may be raised through the contact channel and are addressed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
